Goal
The goal is the goal. In your journal, re-write your goal to yourself. Write it in at least 3 different ways using different language.
example: I want to make $1Million in 2022. In 2022, i’ll become the person it takes to become a millionaire. In 2022, i’ll live a free-er life because i’ll have at least $1Million in the bank.
Just keep writing it and wording it in ways that resonate in your soul…allow it to become engrained…
Identify
A pause for the cause: How are you doing? We have done A LOT of work over the last few weeks and most of it is dealing with self. Are you holding up okay? Have you had any trigger moments? Let’s address those. If you have had some trigger moments, list them one by one on their own page in your journal. Describe what triggered this thing and why. At the bottom of the note, make a goal to not allow this trigger to consume you now, or ever again. Even if you do not know how you can battle it, just tell yourself that you will figure out a way to not be triggered by this thing ever again.
Affirmation
This week, let’s take the affirmation piece and run with it.
Write: I will accomplish my goal and today, i’m gonna take the step of _______________ to accomplish it.
Write this every day with a new step. Be sure to DO THAT STEP YOU WROTE EACH DAY.
