Goal
Scheduling yourself can be life changing! Last week, we took the steps to schedule everything important and to protect that time at all costs. How did that go for you?
The goal here is to enforce what isn’t comfortable until it is second nature and by doing this hard work upfront, it should make life and this lifestyle so much easier.
Identify
Last week, you were to make a list of things that needs to be on your actual schedule for your lifestyle. If it was working out, then you’d actually schedule a workout for example. Then you were to go to your calendar and put them on your schedule and STICK TO IT.
Did you do that? How did that FEEL. Did you have to enforce your schedule forcefully on anyone or was most people around you supportive? What did you learn by this exercise?
Please take your journal and reflect on what all happened with this exercise. Make this reflection detailed from listing who was supportive but especially who was NOT. What did a new boundary feel like and how can we make the boundary second nature? The goal in setting boundaries is that they become as second nature as rejecting a stranger walking up to you for a kiss.
