Goal
Scheduling yourself can be life changing!
I know we have talked about time management before in previous weeks, but this needs to be revisited from time to time! How are you doing with protecting your time? I am specifically asking about the time to stick with whatever lifestyle you’re protecting here.
I use the example of the doctors appointment. Once it goes onto your schedule, you won’t even let WORK get in the way, right?
Well that’s how it should be with this too!
Identify
Grab your journal and make a list of things that needs to be on your actual schedule for your lifestyle. If it’s working out, then you’d actually schedule a workout for example. If you are a baker, it would be bake time. List it all.
Then go to your calendar and put them on your schedule this week. Then, STICK TO IT. Don’t let anyone interfere!
