Goal
As we begin our second year together on this journey of lifestyle change, I remind you that lifestyle accomplishment is a lifetime achievement! It is with its’ ups and downs, sure…but making sustainable lifestyle improvements is literally something you work on every single day of your life.
So today (and every day) we re-commit to the goal. I heard Pastor say that once goal is understood, the choices are already made for you. You just have to commit to the goal. PERIOD. Example: if the goal is to hit the body building stage and win (i’m talking about myself here), then the choice is NO to the junk food. NO to the drinks. NO to the one cookie that won’t hurt. The choice was made before the question was even asked because I am CLEAR on the goal.

Identify
Re-write the goal. Twice. Is it clear? If it isn’t clear, where does it need focused? MAKE IT CLEAR RIGHT NOW.
Now write down some clear choices that this goal brings to you. It helps to think things through in advance.
If your goal is to save $100k this year, then some clear choices you could write is “YES to the new savings account” “NO to that Amazon purchase” etc. Write them and think through all the different ways the enemy could attack your goal.
Write at least 10 but as many that can come to mind,
