Have you noticed that when you decide to make some positive changes in your life, SOMEthing pops up that holds you back or knocks you down? Yeah, I’ve noticed that too. Let’s commit TOGETHER that NOTHING WILL STOP US WITH THESE GOALS.
Now…write this is several places: I WILL STICK WITH MY LIFESTYLE CHANGE GOAL.
Places to write this: In your journal, on a few sticky notes placed around the house or office, on the mirror in the bathroom.
Identify
How are you feeling? Do you have any thoughts on what you’ve written about yourself over the last month? Did you find the entries to be helpful? Did anything give you an “ah-ha moment” while writing or thinking about it?
What was that moment? What was that THING that made you say “ah-ha!”? Write your ah-ha moment down in your journal on a page by itself.
Affirmation
Meditation topic: Turn on your meditation app for ten minutes to meditate on exactly how successful you will be with this journey. When your mind starts to wander during meditation (which is completely normal), state the phrase “I AM SUCCESSFUL IN MY LIFESTYLE CHANGE".”
