Goal

Have you ever felt guilty for making changes to your own lifestyle? No, hear me out…I mean have you been made to feel guilty because you are changing or because you are doing better? Or is does your lifestyle change have you so busy that your other relationships or duties suffer a little bit and nobody is picking up your slack voluntarily (like household members etc)?

Here me out. This week, the goal is to live in our lifestyle GUILT FREE! #guiltfreewomanhood was born out of this very thing. I got a mani/pedi on a random Sunday and when I came home at 6 pm, raw chicken still sitting in the sink…soooooo NOBODY thought “let me start this chicken in the oven or something…”?????

Grab your journal. Write about a time recently that you did something totally guilt free. When was that? What did you do? If you don’t have an example, write about something you’d actually LIKE to do without blinking and eye or feeling guilty about it.


Identify

What responsibilities are you carrying that nobody else can handle for you? List them on a blank page in your journal. Once you have your list, look at it carefully. Can this list be prioritized? Are these weekly things or daily things?

Looking at your list on paper should give you a sense of what is on your plate realistically. Are there areas you can delegate? If not, no worries. My advice is to do the hard stuff first always. That way, your end of day/week is smoother and easier to live in your moments absolutely guilt free!

Decide to rearrange how your days go based on these priorities. Let nothing or no one make you feel guilty for living the life you are choosing ever again!
