Assignment begins below. Please take the course of your week to complete. If it takes you longer, that is okay. Be patient with yourself as you thoughtfully think through it all.

Goal

Now that we’ve spent time last week thinking through what our lifestyle currently looks like verses what we want it to look like, and all of the origins that makes us tick the way we do, this week we are going to be very methodical in how we move. In your journal on a fresh page, rewrite your goal. After you write your goal, write one action step (no matter how small or large) that you can implement TODAY to start working on that goal. At the end of each night, write a sentence or two telling yourself about how it went. Are you bragging to yourself or tattle telling on yourself? Either way IS OKAY. Just be honest with yourself. Each day always gets better than the previous.


Identify

Journal Entry: Last week, you identified one bad lifestyle habit you have. This week, take a moment to reflect on what it meant to write it, name it and talk to yourself about it. Did it change what you did after you wrote it?

Is there another human in your life that you can share your “bad habit” with? Nothing elaborate, just a mention or pass through. For example… “girl, i noticed that i have a bad habit of having a glass of wine when i’m sad instead of dealing with what makes me sad…” Depending on who this person is, they may have a conversation with you or you may just say it in passing and keep going. Does this person exist for you? If this person does not exist for you, can you find someone within the facebook group to dm and tell them that? It’s not an exercise of judgment. It’s an exercise of “facing yourself” so if your human will make you feel judged, protect yourself and reach out to someone in the group. THE GROUP IS FILLED WITH HUMANS ON THE SAME JOURNEY AND THERE IS NO JUDGMENT.

Please find yourself saying to another human “I noticed I have a bad habit of ___________” this week. We will reflect on what that was like next week.
