Goal
PUNCH FORWARD!!!!
Last week, we took a slight pause to regroup. This week, we move full steam ahead! Pick one of the items you identified last week as a possible change. On a new page in your journal, talk about what that change is and what it means. Look into the future and write about what it looks like to execute that one goal fully in the next 5 years. What changed about your life 5 years from now? Is your family better off? Are you making more money? Are you healthier?
When you finish with that one goal, go on to the next. Do this for at least 3 of your changes.
Identify
What are the every day changes that you will need to make in order to implement this “new” plan? They can be very simple such as a change of mind state. List them on a page in your journal. START TODAY. Create the life you want right here, right now.
Affirmation
“I am successful.”
Scream it from the mountain tops people!!! “I AM SUCCESSFUL!”
Make it a meme, a post, a blog, a long caption under your favorite selfie…but MAKE SURE YOU TELL IT TO THE WORLD! Because guess what…YOU ARE EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL!
Try to spend some time meditating as well this week. Ground yourself in your affirmation. I am successful. I am successful. I am successful. I am successful.
