CATCH UP! REVIEW! REVISE!
Let’s take a step back for just a moment. There are times when we all have to pause and realize that we’ve been swimming nonstop and need to come up for air. Let’s take that pause right now. Let’s look back over the previous weeks and read through what we’ve done so far. What are the goals we’ve set so far? Do they STILL make sense? Do they need to be revised. ARE YOU THE SAME PERSON AS YOU WERE WHEN YOU STARTED 14 WEEKS AGO?
Here’s the thing: as we grow, IT IS OKAY that our goals and life missions change a little bit. Just take a look…be sure you are still aligned.
Identify
Start from the beginning of your journal and read each page thoroughly. On a sheet of paper (outside of the journal), list anything that stands out as possible changes.
After you’ve completed that, take a PENCIL and start making notes about them in your journal. Do this in pencil so that you can alter things later.

“I am FIRM in my end game, even if I choose to change the game along the way.”
As we spend this week reviewing our goals, be sure to spend time being still and meditation. When was the last time you attended a yoga class? Can you find one this week?
