Assignment begins below. Please take the course of your week to complete. If it takes you longer, that is okay. Be patient with yourself as you thoughtfully think through it all.

Goal

VICTORY ACTION

Let’s be for real, at the time that i’m writing this, I’m just getting home from a body building competition having won first place in one category and then third place in my other category. What did I do when I returned home? Glad you asked! I woke up on Monday morning and carried out my NORMAL schedule (minus the fasted cardio I had to do during prep). I went to work as usual, reported to personal training as usual, and ate my meal prep…AS USUAL.

Victory defined: an act of defeating an enemy or opponent in a battle, game, or other competition.

The win can be small or it can be HUGE. However, your actions that lead you to that victory can not neglected after the win. This is where LIFESTYLE kicks in. You have to carry out these actions EVERY SINGLE DAY if you are going to win over and over again. So what was your last victory small or large? What action did you take to get there? Did you adopt that action into your regular lifestyle?

Goal: This week, we are going to focus on our VICTORY ACTIONS. What are the small actions you take that lead to big victory? For example, in business, did you text all of your friends when you first started asking them to buy your product? A couple of them might have bought the product, right? They haven’t bought in a while though and that is probably because you haven’t asked them to in quite some time. When you text your friends that day, that was a small action that lead to a small victory. Asking people to buy your product is so taboo, we don’t do it every day in a direct way. But when we DIRECTLY ask for support, victory is inevitable.

WHAT IS A SMALL ACTION YOU CAN COMMIT TO THIS WEEK? In your journal, write down 3 victory actions that you can take this week that can/will directly affect your lifestyle change.

Identify

When you identified those 3 actions you can take this week, where did they come from? Had you used them in the past? Or perhaps you are trying something new this week? In your journal, write about these actions. Why did you choose them? Are they seeming like a “comfortable” thing to do? Are they tried and true and really, you just need to make it every day practice? Write it all down. Let this be your guiding principle this week!

Affirmation

We’ve said this before it is worth repeating: “I am worthy of everything I’m working for.”

Did you spend any time meditating this week? Set a timer 15 minutes. Spend that time meditating on VICTORY. Pray over your victory actions. Don’t skip this part…it is so important.

YOU DID IT! You’ve completed another week of assignments!
