Assignment begins below. Please take the course of your week to complete. If it takes you longer, that is okay. Be patient with yourself as you thoughtfully think through it all.

Goal

“Forgive yourself.”

Go back and read that a couple of times. FORGIVE YOURSELF. FORGIVE YOURSELF.

FORGIVE.

YOURSELF.

What are you forgiving yourself for? I don’t know, YOU TELL ME. Let’s take a look at last weeks, imposter syndrome entries. How long did you make yourself suffer thinking you weren’t worthy? Only to realize that none of that was your fault…and that you actually ARE worthy of all that you dream of. FORGIVE YOURSELF FOR THAT.

Now that you know better, you WILL do better.

In your journal, write yourself a letter for forgiveness. Tell yourself all of the things that you are needing forgiveness for. You are writing from the stand point of ASKING FOR FORGIVENESS. Plead with yourself to reconsider your own view and to let go of all negative thoughts. Act as though your very life depends on this forgiveness. Actually, it does.

Identify

Last week we told you to make a list of things you did to sabotage yourself and then to look at that list, and then tell yourself that you FORGIVE YOURSELF for ever doubting you. This week, after you finish that letter ASKING for forgiveness, at the bottom of that letter, tell yourself the reasons you WILL in fact, forgive yourself.

Affirmation

This week’s affirmation is simple: I am forgivable.

What does that mean to you? Have you ever thought of this statement? Does it seem weird to say to yourself? Well say it to yourself several times. And then every morning of this next seven days. “I AM forgivable.” Nothing that i’ve done could ever be so bad that I can’t be forgiven.

YOU DID IT! You’ve completed another week of assignments!
