1 HOUR GROUP COACHING

Each week, we meet Sunday morning at 7:00 am for one hour. Here you will learn a new concept to add to your personal training thought process, explore what that means with me and the group if applicable, and be able to ask questions.

Yes, there are assignments involved. They are designed to help you to really get in touch with the concepts being presented and to help you unlock your brain from negative thoughts about the process to access more positivity about what you absolutely CAN do! There’s so much more to personal training than heavy lifting. The assignments help you tap in to what’s waiting for you.
