This is the program for you!

Wellness Coaching

One on one wellness coaching, maximum 5 hours per week on an as needed basis for crisis management, plus one 30 minute weekly check in either over zoom or in person. (Outside of training time)


Personal Training & Yoga Instruction

One on one and private personal training on Saturdays and Sundays (yes, two session per week). Other days are available but the sessions may not be private and may have to happen at my location instead of clients private gym. Yoga instruction as needed or wanted by client.


Meal Planning

Development of meal plan to execute on your own that helps you achieve your goal. Complete kitchen overhaul! We throw things out of the cupboards and fridge together! Hands on assistance and teaching on HOW to meal prep each week. First couple of weeks may or may not include time teaching how to meal prep, depending on the needs of the client.
