Online personal training including two workouts per week for the entire month is $275. Workouts are sent to you every Monday and Wednesday, however, you can complete the workouts on any days you choose so long as we communicate. Check-in is required before each workout and then immediately after each workout with a personal trainer. In addition to personal trainer, you also have an online coach whose job it is to help you to develop good goal setting and eating habits, as well as check-ins regarding questions and concerns about any aspect of the personal training experience.
